Pregnancy Belly Bowls by BelliVita in blown glass or hand-painted porcelain

Many parents look forward to using our belly bowls in staged photography sessions with their babies. While there has never been any accident or injury, the potential for both always exists.

Should you decide to take, or have a photo taken of your baby with or inside one of BelliVita’s pregnancy belly bowls—whether porcelain or blown glass—there is always the possibility of physical injury to you and/or to your infant.

By ordering and accepting a pregnancy belly bowl from BelliVita, you are agreeing to the following:

If you choose to use one of our belly bowls in a photography session with your infant(s), you agree that you are voluntarily choosing to have you and your infant(s) participate in these activities at your own risk. You furthermore agree to assume all risk of injury to yourself and/or to your child, and agree to release and discharge BelliVita and our glass artist Melissa Misoda of Misoda Glassblowing Studio from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, related to said photography session.
